Best part about this workout? I was curling twenty pound dumbbells, for three sets of reps! I'm absolutely amazed that I managed to do that. A year ago if someone had handed me twenty pounds to curl with one arm I would have laughed at them. I used to be proud of the twelve pound dumbbells. Needless to say, that was a pretty big moment for me in the gym yesterday. I learned that I should not do those first though, by the time I had moved on to do lat pull downs I could barely move my arms and my forearms actually started to get a little numb and tingly, so now I know to maybe get some of the other big movements done first! Overall, great workout!
